House rules
Dear guests, to keep the stay pleasant for everyone, please observe the following rules and pass them on to fellow travellers. Hotel staff are authorised to give instructions to any guest to maintain public order and these house rules.
Reception
Reception is staffed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm, at weekends from 10 am to 4 pm. Outside these hours, in urgent cases please call the emergency number +49 4401 921930.
Rooms
Each room comes with at least one key card; additional cards are available at reception. The card must be returned at check-out; a lost card is charged at €10.00.
Rooms are available from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:30 am unless otherwise agreed.
Bed linen and towels are provided in all rooms and included in the rate. Hygiene items belong in the hygiene bins in the bathroom, not in the toilet. Please treat furniture and fittings with care. Guests are liable for damage caused wilfully or negligently and for heavy soiling.
Access after 10 pm
After 10 pm your room card opens the entrance via the car park (Kirchenstraße) to the stairwell and via the town centre (Breite Straße) using the lift.
Restaurant
Restaurant Schöne Momente, reached via the town centre, serves Italian and European cuisine. Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 5 to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday 5 to 11 pm, Sunday 5 to 10 pm.
Breakfast
If breakfast is booked: Monday to Friday 6:30 to 10 am, Saturday 8 to 11 am, Sunday 9 am to 12 noon. The snack vending machine is in the lounge area by the small lift (corner of room 12). Drinks are available at reception for an extra charge.

Quiet hours, order and safety
Quiet hours apply in all rooms and corridors from 10 pm. Noise must be avoided; failure to comply may lead to immediate expulsion. Leaning out of windows, sitting on window sills or shouting from windows is not permitted. Emergency exits, including windows, may only be used in an emergency. Visitors may enter rooms only after registering at reception; we reserve the right to refuse access in individual cases.
Smoking, drugs and weapons
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. Violations are charged at €250.00; the same applies to tampering with smoke detectors or alarm equipment and to opening emergency doors without cause. Open fire and candles are not permitted in rooms, stairwells, corridors and sanitary areas. The hotel reserves the right to claim higher damages, for example for fire brigade call-outs or fire damage.
Bringing illegal drugs or weapons is prohibited and leads to immediate expulsion. The authorities will be notified.
