The Finnish sauna works with dry, high heat. The bio sauna is milder and more humid, pleasant for longer sessions. The infrared cabin warms the muscles directly without heating the air.
Between sessions there is the relaxation room with comfortable loungers, next to it the wet area with showers. Bathrobes are available from reception for a small fee.

brainLight: relaxation at the push of a button.
The brainLight chair combines massage with light and sound impulses via headphones and visualisation glasses. A programme takes a few minutes and fits neatly between two appointments.
